A deposit is able to be placed for custom container homes, hotels, and retail spaces via customcontainerbuilders.com. This deposit is submitted in order to begin the process.After signing the official contract earnest money will be required.There may also be additional fees due throughout the design and development process, which will be discussed during your consultation meeting.

Your initial $100 deposit is refundable, however once the contract is signed the deposit and any earnest money will be subject to any terms in the contract. Customers may choose to change the floor plan chosen (or choose to build a completely custom container building) during the initial consultation. An additional deposit will not be required for that purpose.
